This black, Tolex Epiphone Les Paul Hardshell Case is just what you need to protect your Les Paul guitar from the rigors of the road. The plush-lined, hardshell case serves as a shock absorber with an inner compartment to hold extra strings, straps, picks, slides, etc.
I purchased this case to protect My Epi LP and I am very happy with the craftsmanship of this case. It looks like it will keep my baby safe and secure for years to come. Not a ton of storage, but enough for a tuner, strap, extra strings, picks and cleaning clothe.
If you want to "fit" your Les Paul perfectly, then this is the case for you. There's no wiggle room for your guitar. I don't like cases that allow the guitar to move around. This case was made for the Les Paul and the guitar fits tightly with soft fur like padding. I found the case to be of good quality with a nice storage compartment inside that will fit tuners, strings, picks, etc. The case has a nice appearance and appears well made. I recommend the case.
I bought this case along with a Epiphone Les Paul Standard for my 13 year old son. The guitar fits tight with no wiggle room & is nicely padded. The price was right & for the traveling he does - going to his guitar lessons & to friends houses this case is great.
