NEW REVIEW - Great Guitar!
This is a great guitar i got it last year in may (it was a early birthday present) the pickups it came with are very nice but i love Duncans so i changed my bridge to one. The neck pickup sounds nice so i just keep it in, the feel of the neck is very nice i love how its not to thin or to thick its perfect you can reach every fret easily. i have made few adjustments like i changed the strap butons to locking butons only because i didn't want it to drop and get hurt (but it has fallen many times off its stand its fine.) and basicaly every thing eles is great! the tunners stay in tune pretty good, the knobs move quick but my singer in my band broke off the tone knob lol but i love this guitar and right now its my only guitar because i broke my other one. But i deffinatly suggest this guitar to any guitar players that are looking for a new guitar that sounds great and is ready to get serious!

EPIPHONE LES PAUL 100
This was my second guitar and boy did it suprise me.
It sounds just like a gibson, and it plays just like a gibson. I have had this guitar for a while and its been hit a few times, however, the wood is so strong it didn't make a ding. This guitar is great no matter how long you have been playing.

Great Guitar
The Les Paul 100 is a great guitar, beginner or not, this Les Paul is one for the books. The neck is a bolt on neck that stays perfectly in shape. The tuners are perfect, the Humbuckers are exraordinary for the price. The LP 100 is my #1 choice for Epiphone guitars for those about to rock.

It is pretty good.
I ordered this guitar and got it in five days. I've played it quite a bit since then, and I love the sound. The only thing is that the plastic parts on the body are not very high quality, with little chips or malformation here or there. And the guitar has tiny dings in the paint on the back, not sure if it's shipping damage or not. But other than those things, I love the guitar, and the way it sounds. I have been playing for five years, but only started getting serious recently, and love the way it sounds compared to my old guitar, a Johnson. It has four dials which allow you to change the guitar's sound completely, and back in the flick of a switch. I also love the design and the easy system it has to change the strings. I recommend this guitar for anyone who is starting to get serious or starting to get good, as it has a great sound. Probably a good second guitar.

Great guitar
The Epiphone LP-100 Electric Guitar is a really great guitar. A few times in class me and my friends would bring our guitars and amps to play, and I got to play this one a few times, and the tone on it was excellent, it had a kind of distant-but-there sound, the neck and fretboard were great for fast playing and sliding, and the feel of it was awesome. All in all, this guitar is great for a beginner or a pro.

Classic
This guitar is great for beginners and people who want to get back into playing. Great rock sound but can be used for mellow tunes. Very impressive features and value. Definately recommended.

Very good sound and feel
As other have mentioned in the reviews for this guitar, both the sound and feel of this guitar are great. I'm a bass player, but I wanted to buy a decent guitar to learn on, and I'm confident that I picked the best sounding and best priced guitar to meet that goal. I can't afford a Gibson Les Paul, but I left Guitar Center feeling like I got the next best thing. I bought this guitar in the Cherryburst color, and I have to say that the photos on this site do not do it justice. I really don't have any gripes with this guitar. Some say that the knobs don't feel right, but I disagree; they seem high quality to me. The only other gripe I've heard about this from others is that it doesn't stay in tune, but I haven't had much issue with that either. Go to Guitar Center and try it out, I'm confident that you'll be taking it home shortly after.

Epiphone LP-100
I play punk and ska and i got this guitar because pretty much anything you play on it sounds good, I suggest using the Treble pickup, it sounds great but the rest sound bad. The tone of this guitar holds up for any genre you try playing, trust me it works for punk, hardcore, ska and metal even sounds great on it. I use a Line 6 Spider II with this guitar and all the settings and effects sound amazing on it. The treble pickup gives off a really good sound for power chords, chords, and solos.

Incredible Guitar!
This guitar is incredible. It has great sound quality, great tones, and works for many styles of music! The Rhythm and Treble feature is great for song with just standard rhythm with a solo. The input jack is tough for you to put your cable in and take out, but at least it stays in very well! Goes out of tune when you first buy it, (just like most guitars), but if you play it for about 2 hours, it stays tuned pretty well. Great sounding guitar for an incredible value.

Awesome Guitar!
This guitar is a very good guitar, and just for this little money, it is the best value ever! Plays just as well as a Gibson Les Paul and has mostly the same tone. Just bought one a little while ago, played Purple Haze on it, and almost died of happiness. Definitely worth the $$, the neck is slim, the knobs are great, has the same Les Paul feel, but the tuners could use an upgrade. Perfect guitar for beginners, great for intermediate, and it can still blow you away if you are an extremely good player!
