• Tight fit for MM-30E

  Quality of the case is very good, the padding inside is also very good. Almost too good since my Epi Acoustic-Electric (MM-30E) mandolin is a very (I mean "get the shoe horn") tight fit. I'm assuming it will get looser with use. Better tight than loose. Overall, nice appearance and finish.

  Got the case from GC and was blown away by how nice it was. The only problem I had was that it had an overpowering new case smell. After several complaints about the smell, I remedied the problem with a few sprays of a commercially available fabric deodorizing spray that I won't mention by name. Problem solved!!! Now it smells as good as it looks...

• Tight fit

  When I first saw the photos for this case I thought it would be a green case. It's not. It's black, which is fine. Getting the mandolin in the case for the first time was a struggle at first (it's a very tight fit) but once I got it in there it was fine. In less than a week the padded foam loosened up and I've had no problem since. The shipping was fast, the price was right, and I feel alot better with this hard case than the cheap cloth one it came with. An overall good deal.
