This case is a really nice one. The padding is very good, with that nice long hair furry covering. Being for a doubleneck, it's a very large and heavy case (but hey, it holds a LARGE and HEAVY guitar...). The accessory compartment is HUGE. I was pleasantly surprised to find my Zoom G1X effects pedal easily fit in the compartment, with plently of room to spare. The only reason I say "almost" and give this a 4 star (I'd give it a 4.5 if I could) is the cover for the accessory case has a bit of a bow to it and doesn't sit flush (closed) unless the guitar is in the case holding it there. This is really nitpicking, but I thought I'd mention it. I highly doubt that they ALL have this issue, so chances are yours won't. My G-1275 (Alpine White, bought at the same time) fits perfect, and I feel it's very well protected while in it's case.
this is actually my first hard case, even tho i have 10 guitars. anyways, the case does what its meant to do. the guitar feels very safe and secure. lovin the fluffy interior. haha getting another for my soon to be Epi Dot.
