Comments about Electro-Harmonix RTG Random Tone Generator Guitar Effects Pedal:
This pedal is exactly what it's intended for, a noisy addition to your rig. When dialed low, it slowly changes, but when the knob is fully cranked, it sounds like a full on onslaught of alien terror from the 1950's. It shines best when used with other pedals, especially any kind of pitch pedals (Ring Mods, Digitech Whammy), and gets even better with a reverb with a Shimmer setting. Plus the housing is small enough to keep on your board without worrying about engaging it. I don't really care for the glide switch, but I'm sure other people will find it useful. Overall, the price is right, and if you want to add in a chaotic setting into your music, this might just be the pedal you're looking for.
