This is a great stompbox! I use it to convert my mono microphone into a great stereo track and record with Logic Pro. I also like to throw either the Voice Box or V256 before it, and use a good condenser mic (Audio Technica AT2020). I love the wide range of sounds possible. The only downside of the Polyphase that I notice is that the Start and Stop need to be tuned well for best effect, and my voice going up an octave changes the sound. I'm sure, with more practice, I'll learn how to make better use of its' features. All of these Electro-Harmonix boxes are outstanding, well built, and worth what they cost.
