This baby is one of the sweetest little cabs I've ever managed to discover. I record all of my music through this paired with an Epiphone Valve Junior head. It's one of the creamiest sounds I've ever heard. Classic blues influenced highs, raw american rock influenced mids, and pure clean tight lows. This cabinet is built like a rock, and has the tone to back it up. It's certainly something to have in your collection. It's boutique quality, for a price that even a broke college student, like me, can afford.

This cabinet gives mediocre to acceptable tones up to a dirty blues sound, but beyond that is lacking much definition. Not sure why, but I messed with it and the tweaker-15 for over an hour before I plugged the head into a closed-back AVT and instantly noticed a big improvement in the tone.

Cool! I'm sold on the tweaker amp, but not on the matching 1x12 cab. I passed it up for a used AVT and that is a nice combo for the full spectrum of sounds. As far as 1x12 cabinets go, I'd look at the peavy 1x12 or 1x10 before getting into this one. It works, and gives some nice clean tones, but overall it's not very versatile.

Comments about Egnater Tweaker 112X 1x12 Guitar Speaker Cabinet:

I have the Renegade head and an Avatar 2x12 box loaded with Celestion greenbacks but I'm looking for something lighter to lug around. I ordered the open back tweaker single 1x12 box and the standard 1x12 closed back box to compare the sound. The standard 1x12 is a tighter, controlled sound. No comparison, the tweaker 1x12 sounds better to me. It's louder due to the open back I'm sure, but the tone is fuller, nice low end and smoother distortion. I returned the standard 1x12 and ordered a second tweaker 1x12!

Comments about Egnater Tweaker 112X 1x12 Guitar Speaker Cabinet:

I paired this Egnater Tweker with my new Peavey 6505 Mini head. That being said, the combination is great! Great cleans and heavy Dirt come from this pairing. The cabinet is solid and vented in the back.
I'm very impressed with the design, sounds, and affordability. The Celestion G12H sounds great at any wattage. I'm very impressed with the product. Get One!

Best 112 cab for the price, no doubt!. I'd like the speaker were a Celestion Vintage 30 instead of the GH12 (more versatility), but this one sounds really good too. Great purchase.

I paired this cab with a Hughes & Kettner Tubemeister 18 head. It made that head come alive! This paring is so good that I might have to pick up another just to have one very cool mini stack.

Comments about Egnater Tweaker 112X 1x12 Guitar Speaker Cabinet:

In the past Egnater has never been a brand I considered till now. The box is solid and looks great too. Plus, the Celestion G12H sounds fantastic. I'm using it with a VOX Night Train 15 watt head and have connected it to the VOX AC4TV Combo,s external speaker jack with the same results.
I play with effect pedals most of the time but now, even without them the sound is lively and full.
This speaker and box seem to be made for each other.
Just plug it and go for it.

Comments about Egnater Tweaker 112X 1x12 Guitar Speaker Cabinet:

I had reservations about ordering the 112X cab together with my Tweaker 15w because the stock Celestion speaker is popular with people who mainly play Rock (I don't) and it is ceramic (I am used to the sound of a Celestion G10 Gold Alnico). Right out of the box the speaker sounded marvelous, and the cabinet is well built and attractive. I will eventually buy another 112X together with an AB/Y for stereo sound. This cab and the Tweaker 15w was a GREAT purchase.

Great sounding and good vintage looking cab

              By Kenneth Gwin

              from Tulsa, OK

Comments about Egnater Tweaker 112X 1x12 Guitar Speaker Cabinet:

Using this with my Fender Super Champ X2. Sounds great and even though it is 16 Ohms, it sounds louder than the 8 Ohm 10" speaker in the amp. The cab really shines when playing live with a band. Its fairly light and still built tough. It is semi opened back but still able to get a really tight low end if thats what your amp is pushing. The back looks cool with the black grill covering the opening. It sounds great from Fender single coil clean to thick humbucking distortion. I may buy another in the near future to have a stack. Overall the low end is pressent to leaning mildly heavy, the mids are not too bold unless you tweek your gear to put out louder mids and the highs are smooth and easy to control. This is a keeper.

Comments about Egnater Tweaker 112X 1x12 Guitar Speaker Cabinet:

I own the tweeker 15 head and bought the cab to match.I played the head through a few different speakers,so based on the cab alone,it was ok. a bit muddled with the gain on and too piercing in the high end.i swiched out the stock speaker with a celestion vintage thirty and the results were better(as you would expect).the cab is nice and light and looks good with the head.
