Comments about Egnater Tweaker 112X 1x12 Guitar Speaker Cabinet:

I paired this Egnater Tweker with my new Peavey 6505 Mini head. That being said, the combination is great! Great cleans and heavy Dirt come from this pairing. The cabinet is solid and vented in the back.
I'm very impressed with the design, sounds, and affordability. The Celestion G12H sounds great at any wattage. I'm very impressed with the product. Get One!

    Awesome Cab!

    By Michael Roe

    from Dayton, OH

Comments about Egnater Tweaker 112X 1x12 Guitar Speaker Cabinet:

I paired this cab with a Hughes & Kettner Tubemeister 18 head. It made that head come alive! This paring is so good that I might have to pick up another just to have one very cool mini stack.

Great sounding and good vintage looking cab

    By Kenneth Gwin

    from Tulsa, OK

Comments about Egnater Tweaker 112X 1x12 Guitar Speaker Cabinet:

Using this with my Fender Super Champ X2. Sounds great and even though it is 16 Ohms, it sounds louder than the 8 Ohm 10" speaker in the amp. The cab really shines when playing live with a band. Its fairly light and still built tough. It is semi opened back but still able to get a really tight low end if thats what your amp is pushing. The back looks cool with the black grill covering the opening. It sounds great from Fender single coil clean to thick humbucking distortion. I may buy another in the near future to have a stack. Overall the low end is pressent to leaning mildly heavy, the mids are not too bold unless you tweek your gear to put out louder mids and the highs are smooth and easy to control. This is a keeper.

Good things come in small packages...

    By Jeremy Parsons

    from Toledo, OH

Comments about Egnater Tweaker 112X 1x12 Guitar Speaker Cabinet:

Amazing sound for such a small cab. In fact I've decided to sell my Egnater 2x12 that weighs 3 times the weight of the Tweaker 112x and buy another one so i can have a huge sounding micro stack. Using this cab with a Tweaker-40 head and it sounds unbelievable for how small and lightweight it is. With this setup I can leave one cab at my drummers house and one in my home and cart the head back and forth.

A big surprise in a small box

    By Crazy Al

    from Petersburg, Va

Comments about Egnater Tweaker 112X 1x12 Guitar Speaker Cabinet:

This has to be the best sounding cab I have ever played, I also have owned dr.z, suhr and carr gear so I know tone trust me. Due to recent frustration with amps with limited features or ridiculous price tags for a one trick pony and the desire to stay away from solid state and/or modelling junk I walked into my local GC and purchased a tweaker head and one of these sweet little cabs. I'm blown away by how good it sounds, so much in fact I will be buying a second cab to add to the rig asap. The G12H 30 was a perfect choice, it has awesome low end that will shake your fillings out with a rich midrange that decays into warm overtones on sustained notes and the highs are clear but not harsh. Well done and highly reccomended. Also to be noted the cab is lightweight and sounds a lot bigger than it looks. There are no metal caps on the corners and the tolex/grill cloth work is not perfect but who cares, it sounds fabulous.

    Great Value!!!

    By M Conde

    from Hummelstown, PA

Comments about Egnater Tweaker 112X 1x12 Guitar Speaker Cabinet:

I currently use 4X12 and 2X12, Legacy cabs with; Celestion Vintage speakers, I wanted to get a hold of smaller cabs for intimate gigs, practice and small venues. I was always attracted by the vintage look of the cab but rather hesitant of the sound. By accident, while returning an item at the Guitar Center, I decided to give this cab a try. After plugging the cab into my different rigs, I was very pleased with the sound, which is very important, especially when you go into a smaller cab. The cab does not sound small at all and my rig retained the bottom end, mids and nuances of my regular size cabinets. I was so pleased with the purchase that I went and bought another 1X12 to run my rig in stereo. I will not be surprised if the prices on Egnaterۡs products go up in price, you do get quality and uncompromised sound.

Just the extra tone I was looking for

    By Tenlbham

    from Houston, TX

Comments about Egnater Tweaker 112X 1x12 Guitar Speaker Cabinet:

I wanted to get an extension cabinet for my Peavey Classic 30 because: 1) when I put on my amp stand to get better projection, it was losing a lot of tone I like when cranked up on stage, and 2) with the C30 on the floor, it was too low to get the projection while maintaining more of the low end. After looking at all the 16-ohm 112 options available for under $300, and a couple recommendations for the Egnater on various guitar forums, I decided to get it. Also, there was one in stock at my local GC for me to test out a little bit. Got it home, plugged it into my rig, cranked it up, and what a difference. So much more bottom end. The C30 has the exact same footprint as the Tweaker, so it stacks perfectly, giving me the floor-contact low end as well as the projection from the taller stack. I'm looking forward to trying this out at some upcoming gigs!!!

    Perfect cab for Egnater heads

    By JCVD

    from Portland, Or

Comments about Egnater Tweaker 112X 1x12 Guitar Speaker Cabinet:

I bought this cab about two weeks ago and have gigged with it twice and recorded with it 4 or 5 times. It is the perfect match for the Egnater Rebel 20 head. I had been using 412's, 210's, and 410 cabs built by other manufacturers but the Rebel 20 never seemed to give it's full voicing until I plugged it into this cab. It's extremely clear and full and never harsh. It's also extremely loud and open sounding. Not boxy at all. I actually had to turn down a lot from the level I was using it at with a bigger cab. I don't see how anyone can beat this cab especially at this price.

    By John

Comments about Egnater Tweaker 112X 1x12 Guitar Speaker Cabinet:

I recently purchased this cabinet along with the matching tweaker head. The cabinet sounds amazing and is a perfect match for the tweaker head. You would be hard pressed to find a better 1x12 cab at this price point.

    Incredible Cabinet

    By David

    from Carrollton, Texas

Comments about Egnater Tweaker 112X 1x12 Guitar Speaker Cabinet:

If you ever heard of Avatar cabinets, this is probably on par if not better. I have a 2x12 Cabinet with a G12H30 and a Celestion blue in it, and this little cabinet has no problem keeping up with that thing. It sounds in fact, a bit better on the low end, and is incredibly balanced. i highly recommend this cabinet. Egnater did good by putting the G12H30 in there.
