  • Incredible Cabinet

As reviewed by David on 5/28/2010

If you ever heard of Avatar cabinets, this is probably on par if not better. I have a 2x12 Cabinet with a G12H30 and a Celestion blue in it, and this little cabinet has no problem keeping up with that thing. It sounds in fact, a bit better on the low end, and is incredibly balanced. i highly recommend this cabinet. Egnater did good by putting the G12H30 in there.

  • Sweet little guy.

As reviewed by Michael Roberts on 5/23/2010

This baby is one of the sweetest little cabs I've ever managed to discover. I record all of my music through this paired with an Epiphone Valve Junior head. It's one of the creamiest sounds I've ever heard. Classic blues influenced highs, raw american rock influenced mids, and pure clean tight lows. This cabinet is built like a rock, and has the tone to back it up. It's certainly something to have in your collection. It's boutique quality, for a price that even a broke college student, like me, can afford.

  • Just the extra tone I was looking for

As reviewed by Tenlbham on 8/23/2010

I wanted to get an extension cabinet for my Peavey Classic 30 because: 1) when I put on my amp stand to get better projection, it was losing a lot of tone I like when cranked up on stage, and 2) with the C30 on the floor, it was too low to get the projection while maintaining more of the low end. After looking at all the 16-ohm 112 options available for under $300, and a couple recommendations for the Egnater on various guitar forums, I decided to get it. Also, there was one in stock at my local GC for me to test out a little bit. Got it home, plugged it into my rig, cranked it up, and what a difference. So much more bottom end. The C30 has the exact same footprint as the Tweaker, so it stacks perfectly, giving me the floor-contact low end as well as the projection from the taller stack. I'm looking forward to trying this out at some upcoming gigs!!!
