This Rebel screams.

The 30W Egnater Rebel-30 Tube Amp Head is a descendant of the award-winning Rebel-20 guitar amp head with a refined level of flexibility and tone-shaping power.

This all-tube 2-channel head features Egnater's unique Tube Mix knob, giving you access to an incredible variety of tones from American to British, and all points in between. Channel 1 delivers rich cleans with controls for volume, treble, and bass. Channel 2 dishes out powerful, touch-responsive overdrive with treble, mid, and bass EQ, as well as a wide-range gain knob that takes you from growl to scream.

Both amp channels offer Egnater's signature Bright and Tight switches and each channel has its own Watts knob, so you can access both low-wattage crunch and serious clean headroom, or any combination you choose.

The Rebel-30 amp head's specially designed and easily accessible back panel holds more welcome surprises, such as independent Reverb controls for each channel and a tone-preserving series effects loop. A speaker emulated line out lets you go directly to the board live or in the studio. Set the Egnater Rebel-30 Amp's standby switch to Silent Record for great direct-recorded tones that spare both your ears and your neighbor's. And the Egnater easy-access chassis makes swapping amp tubes quick and painless.

With our Guaranteed Lowest Price, you can be assured of complete satisfaction and the lowest available price, or your money back!

  • A Versatile Tone Machine

As reviewed by Thomas Antonetto on 6/6/2010

This amp like the Rebel 20 is a virtual tone machine with a few extras that the Rebel 20 does not have.....A clean channel which is a must and reverb that adds much in the tone shaping capabilities. I played many other amps that are available within the Rebel 30 class including the Rebel 20. Popping for the Rebel 30 was a worthwhile upgrade for me. With the EL84's dailed in my amp can get the sound of a grindy buzzy Marshall JCM900. With the 6V6 side A clean sparkely bell tone much like a Fender Bassman can be achieved. With the combination of the 2 types of tubes selected tone vocabularies of all different colors can be achieved. I have the Tourmaster 212 which enables the amp to have plenty of bass response far beyond what other competitive amps in its class can achieve, Blackstar, Marshall, Vox, etc. As for controls all work well. The adjustment for power wattage does not work as some might think. Adjusting the power wattage affects the tone and the attack on the strings not volumn. I have had this amp at many size venues and it is able to be played at bedroom levels or at medium size auditorium levels. This is a boutique quality amp at a very affordable price.

  • Small But Powerful

As reviewed by Tom Spinelli on 6/6/2010

This little amp is a beast! 30 W of power with 2 channels. I had the rebel 20 and got his amp for the 2 channel versatility. Lush, pristine cleans to crunchy overdrives. This little guy cant really crank though. Egnater really makes quality products. If your considering it, go test one out and you'll love it!

  • Boutique Tone that won't crush your wallet

As reviewed by Vincent Iannone on 5/18/2010

This is a superb amp - not just for its price, but a genuinely great amp. The feature set is a bit unreal. Each of the two channels has its own EQ and gain controls and each is adjustable as to output wattage between 1 and 30 watts. This doesn't affectthe volume (and this pup is loud) as much s it does the headroom of the channel, i.e., set the output control to 30 W on the clean channel and it is pristine - bring the power down some and you get mild, overdriven-Fender kind of breakup. The overdrive channel probably will not give you a modern metal tone, but just about anything else is available. Separate reverb controls for each channel as well. Finally, the amp has two pairs of output tubes, 6V6 and EL84. There is a front panel pot that permits one to blend these two pairs of tubes so that you can go all 6V6 or all EL84 or somewhere in between. Each turn of the pot has a noticeable impact on the tone, as do the Bright and Tight switches. The tones are amazing. If you are looking for a great sounding, responsive amp with enough power for a medium size club, give this offering from Egnater a listen.
