The ESP LTD Viper-10 guitar is a budget-oriented version of ESP's well-known guitars made popular by artists like Kirk Hammett (Metallica), Jeff Hanneman (Slayer), and George Lynch (Dokken). This double-cutaway guitar has a 24-fret fingerboard, two humbucker pickups, master volume and tone controls, 3-way pickup selector toggle switch, and adjustable bridge with stopbar tailpiece.

I was disappointed that there was not a review so I felt I should write one. I first purchased the M17 as my intro to ESP/LTD and loved it. Unfortunately I just didn't want to reinvent myself on 7 string. I love playing 6 (30+years) and just like to jam at home so I returned the 7, just because the body of music for 7 string is not there like it is for 6, so I bought the M10 which blew me a away. Great metal tone!!! And it handled drop tunings as well. That being said I wanted another just for a dedicated standard tuning but was unavailable so I went with this and I'm glad I did. Same pickups as the M10 and almost identical stone. Super crunchy and comlfortable to play. The low E buzzed just a bit but with the tune-o-matic style bridge it was fixed with 1/4 turn of a flathead screwdriver. And it came with a soft case ... something I was not expecting. So just buy it and you'll be very happy.
