AWESOME

By Jeremiah Bissonnette

from Gary, IN

Comments about ESP LTD EX104 Bass Guitar:

This Bass was my third, and i primarily bought it because i have been playing a lot of metal and looking for an explorer-like bass. The bass does not disappoint! from the moment i plugged it into my amp and turned it up all the way (both amp and bass) i fell in love, the sound was such an awesome power sound. Other basses are good, but ESP is built for METAL, and it delivers. Only thing is one of the knobs was loose and came off during unpacking, but i'm replacing them all with knobs that go to 11, so i guess that doesnt matter... you can always tighten them.

Tonal Powerhouse

Comments about ESP LTD EX104 Bass Guitar:

This bass is killer! I bought it and was really impressed. It delievered amazing tone, by just winding down the neck pickup i could achieve RageAgainst the Machine tone. Fatten up the tone and it's good for all metal. Only Problem, i doesn't fit in any of my cases.

Killer metal Bass

By Secter

from Lansing, MI

Comments about ESP LTD EX104 Bass Guitar:

I've had this axe for about a year and a half and it still delivers every gig. First off, the active EMG pickups pur like a kitten. They sound wonderful. Second, I like the customization of the knobs, three tone knobs and the volume knob; it offers a lot to different types of bass players. Last and most important, it's one sweet looking explorer guitar. Overall, a solid bass especially for the price. I highly recommend for beginning bass players and moderate bass players who want to look sweet playing Metal.

Good Tone For The Price

By Ian

from Mount Airy, Maryland

Comments about ESP LTD EX104 Bass Guitar:

This bass caught my eye when I saw the body. I had been looking for an Explorer bass guitar for awhile and when I saw this I quickly gathered enough money to buy it. Its more for beginners and pick players, but if you finger pick it will take awhile for the action to break in. It's not really a slap bass either and does not have a good tone for that kind of sound. It's more for the metal players and for live gigs. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase.
