The LTD Surveyor-405 is a solidly built, bolt-on construction 5-string bass guitar that features a double cutaway with a sculpted lower bout giving you extra elbow room for a more comfortably playing design. Standard scale (34") neck features a "U" shaped profile neck so all 21 XJ jumbos are accessible to players of all hand sizes. The combination of swamp ash body and maple neck/rosewood fretboard provide a good mix of not too bright, not to mellow tone for great balance. Capturing this tone are a EMG MM5TW (bridge)/40P5 (neck) active pickups with a Rev-S 3-band EQ and mini switch coil tap bridge for shaping your sound a bit more. The Surveyor 405 bass also features a gorgeous quilted maple top with a nice glossy finish, chrome hardware, a Wilkinson-licensed bridge, ESP tuners, and a 45mm standard nut.
