Although this ESP LTD bass appears to be a fairly no-frills instrument, it's actually beautiful in its simplicity. Features a single ESP SB-4 pickup, ESP ATB-1 active tone boost, and volume control. The bottom half of the basswood body has beveled edges which highlight the curves, and the scoop of the single cutaway is subtle but also comfortably designed. The chrome of the ESP DB-4 bridge, control knobs and ESP tuners are also a nice contrast to the darker hue of the guitar itself. The EC-54 bass also features a thin "U" neck, rosewood fingerboard, a 40mm standard nut and is a bolt-on construction style.
