The ESP LTD EC-401VF Electric Guitar has a set mahogany neck on a single-cutaway body with a mahogany back and a beautiful flamed maple top. The thin U-shaped neck contour and 22 extra jumbo frets on the 14" radius fretboard make the LTD EC-401VF an extremely playable instrument. Loaded with Seymour Duncan JB (bridge position) and '59 (neck position) pickups, this electric guitar has a full range of tones from vintage smooth to rough and ready. Includes an Earvana compensated nut for improved intonation, ESP-style pearl inlays, and chrome hardware.

  • This one has it all

    I did a lot of researching before my purchase, and I only looked at ESP a little. When I picked up this guitar and actually played it - WOW was all I could say. One of the best set ups of Seymour Duncan pick ups. Pure full sounding rock tone all the way to twangy country. You can do anything you want with this guitar. Forget the Gibson and go with the ESP. Your wallet and your ears will thank you.

  • A MUST BUY!

    For those who love playing hard rock, rock, blues, and jazz will absolutely LOVE this guitar. The Seymour Duncans have a beautiful tone, and can have a great distortion and clean. I play thrash metal too, and sounds GREAT on here. But metal players, be careful, because there are 22 frets. But other than that, this guitar has the sound of a guitar that would cost THOUSANDS more! Before buying a Gibson, take a look at this, and you will definitely thank you did.

  • My New Mainstay

    My wife bought this for me unexpectedly when were just browsing a local music store. It has great action, superior tone and looks like it costs 3-4 times the actual cost. I gigged with it the first night I bought it. I ran it into my Boss GT-6 and through my Fender Deluxe and was amazed! I own a Strat, a 335, a Takamine, and an Ibanez and this really tonally is superior. It's become my mainstay. It can growl or purr. I'd highly recommend it to jazz and blues types although I suppose ESP is known for shredders. Make no mistake, this is a versatile axe that should be in any gigging artist's arsenal.
