The EAW LA118z is a dedicated subwoofer with an 18" transducer in a trapezoidal enclosure. Tuned enclosure venting improves LF response, and the addition of an MX Series processor with factory settings can further optimize performance. The LA118z subwoofer is engineered to complement the LA Series full range systems or any full range loudspeaker. Recessed cups on the top accept the footpads of an LA325, LA460, or another LA118z.

I have two of these with two LA 460 and they sound great
But... they are not so easy to get around and I hear they are not made
in the states anymore. I had to send one back due to it did not work
out of the box but guitar center went above and beyond there return policy and sent me a new box right away....Thanks G.C. !!!!!!
