E-Mu Virtuoso X sound collection delivers a complete virtual orchestra for E-Mu's Proteus X and Emulator —providing you with every sample of E-MU's acclaimed Virtuoso 2000 sound module. The Virtuoso X soundset was created from a single professional sampled symphony orchestra, offering world-class string (section and solo), woodwind, brass, and percussion (over 20 percussion pieces) sampled under ideal conditions. Additional samples were recorded from the audience seats, allowing you to blend more or less natural hall sound into your virtual orchestra to deliver amazing realism and consistency across all instrument sections.
MIDI Controllers
The front panel knob functions in the E-Mu Virtuoso X sample library are standardized for most of the factory presets. Match the MIDI controller numbers corresponding to the knobs on your MIDI keyboard to the real-time controller assignments in the Preferences menu to control these important functions.
