  • Designed for marching drums, but awesome on any drum.

    These keys were designed to be used to tighten the high tension drum heads on marching snares that are just impossible to do with regular drum keys without a fair amount of frustration. I purchased one of these in high school many years back as it was required for all drumline members to have one. However as the years have gone on it has grown to be my favorite key for tuning my drum kit as well. I have had many drum keys of the past years since I bought that one, and I know one day I will find the 10-15 drum keys I have lost, but the one key I have never lost is my heavy duty T-handle key. Maybe it has to do with the size, or maybe it has to do with that this key is just better. It is faster, more precise, and it never is uncomfortable to use. Even when cranking down memory locks and stands this key is comfortable and quick.
