Comments about Dunlop Jazz III XL Guitar Picks 6-Pack:

These are the large size of the jazz picks. They are awesome for acoustic if you like the smaller picks. They sound even better when the point wears a little...unless you are a horrible guitar player.

Comments about Dunlop Jazz III XL Guitar Picks 6-Pack:

Like all things in music, my opinion is very subjective. I personally like picks that are not too bright. I often hybrid pick so I like a similar tone from pick to finger.
These are warm yet thick and stuff enough to dig in when you need. They are also great for speed picking with the nice sharp tip. I like the XL because I was used to full sized picks in the past, these are slightly smaller then full size but the textured surface makes them easier to grip.

I've tried tortex, nylon, celluloid, v-picks, the Jazz XL beat them all, for me.

    The only pick I need

    By Edward Maranville

Comments about Dunlop Jazz III XL Guitar Picks 6-Pack:

I LOVE these picks. To be clear, since some of these reviews seem to be talking about normal Jazz picks, I'm referring specifically to the Jazz III XL picks. These have the same pointy tip and stiff thickness that the Jazz picks are known for, but they're the size of a normal pick instead of being tiny. This makes a huge difference in comfort and ease of playing (and holding onto). Any other pick feels strange to me now- these feel very natural, it's like I'm not really holding a pick at all, but an extension of my hand. I can't imagine finding anything better, and luckily they last forever so I don't have to. Do yourself a favor and try them if you haven't- I've never looked back, and at least one of my friends I turned onto them is in the same boat. Only reason not to use these I can think of is if you need something with a lot of flex to it. But if you like heavy picks, try these ASAP. They're the best.

    Excellent, dynamic picks.

    By Michael Hill

Comments about Dunlop Jazz III XL Guitar Picks 6-Pack:

Guitar picks are a very personal item for flat-picking guitarists; everyone has favorites that other people cannot imagine playing with. Still, I recommend giving these a try to anyone who is interested in a hard pick that has a touch of flexibility, an excellent grip and very comfortable hand-feel while producing a nicely balanced tone. The bright red color is fly, too!

    Awesome Picks!

    By Taylor

Comments about Dunlop Jazz III XL Guitar Picks 6-Pack:

I have been looking for the heaviest smallest picks for years, then I came across these little guys. They are extra heavy and have a very clean sound when strumming. Harmonics are a breeze with these picks. I suggest these picks because they will make guitar way easier for you.

Comments about Dunlop Jazz III XL Guitar Picks 6-Pack:

Just bought these the other day, fell in love immediately. I'd heard about them all over the place, but was always skeptical. I couldn't get the right feel out of what I used (fender mediums to dunlop heavies and all the way inbetween), so I decided to maybe try them. Amazing. Great for quick riffage and a harmonic feel. They have so much control - it rocks. The only downside is that barre chords are a little bit of a hassle because it's so small, but that just takes like three days to get used to. great buy!
