Anger your guitarist!

By Pozzo

from Grand Blanc, MI

Comments about Dunlop Cry Baby 105Q Bass Wah Pedal:

I got this pedal in May of 2009, and it has never let me down. It's really easy to dial in your tone and keep it that way, and it's fun to use for tapping or hammer-on runs. I use it for most of my solos and it pisses off my guitarist, which makes me love it that much more. I use it with a Fender Standard Precision Bass and an Ampeg combo amp.

Killer Bass Wah

By lo0zerkid34

from Marysville, WA

Comments about Dunlop Cry Baby 105Q Bass Wah Pedal:

I bought this bass wah pedal just so i can play Cliff Burton's Anesthesia (Pulling Teeth) bass solo. I use a Hartke HA3500A head with a SWR Workingman's 4x10t cab and a Digitech Bass Driver and Multi Chorus and it sounds so good. This is a great bass wah pedal that won't make you completely broke.

Awesome Bass Wah

By KaizerWilhelm

from Seattle, WA

Comments about Dunlop Cry Baby 105Q Bass Wah Pedal:

I got this a couple of days ago and I must say, it rocks! I used to have the Morley Bad Horsie 2 Wah and I thought it was alright but what I really like about it was the spring back action. One reason why I didn't like it was because when I used it, all of my lows were lost. No longer with this pedal! This wah is great, it has the spring back action I like and it ONLY wahs the highs and hi-mids so you can still have a great bottom end to hold you down. The variable Q and volume knobs on the side are a major plus. Those really help you find the tone you're looking for. People say the price is too high, but I think it's totally worth it. Go and try it out, you won't be disappointed.

Years of Service!!!

By HabitBassist

from N. Plainfield, NJ

Comments about Dunlop Cry Baby 105Q Bass Wah Pedal:

The Crybaby 105Q is one of the best pedals I've purchased to date. I've had this pedal in my arsenal for about 3 years and it's still going strong. It's sturdy metal casing has allowed it to survive many gigs without a problem. It also has amazing tone, controlled by the "Q" tone knob, which has allowed my P-Bass cover stlyes ranging from funk, rock, and reggae.

The Dunlop Crybaby 105Q Bass Wah Pedal

By Anonymous

from Apple Valley, CA

Comments about Dunlop Cry Baby 105Q Bass Wah Pedal:

Short: This pedal is sweet. Buy it now if you want to be awesome. Long: I really enjoy this pedal. It is the perfect bass wah. The volume and Q controls are great. I have it set with the volume high and the Q almost all the way up, so when I use it, there is a volume boost so my awesomeness can be heard. The Q control is for how much range you want the wah to cover. Really vowel-like sounds to pretty subtle wah. Very cool, my band mates dig it. It is awesome to combine with a funky slap line. Buy it now if you want to be awesome.

double duty

By yup

Comments about Dunlop Cry Baby 105Q Bass Wah Pedal:

honestly, i bought this a long time ago when i didnt understand ANYTHING about gear. i was actually getting ready to sell it because, after 5 years, i just never used it for anything other than a paperweight, but i decided i'd give it one last workout just for kicks. so i replaced the battery and set the Q to 7 and the volume to 9 as to not lose much volume when it was not in use. to my surprise, i actually really liked it. and then (here's the only reason for reading this review) i decided to try it on my guitar... worked like a charm. i found very little difference between other crybaby's ive heard and this one. only issue is the springback action... that is, if you find a tone you really like, you have to physically hold it with your foot. but all in all, 2 pedals for the price of 1! BOTTOM LINE: probably the best bass wah out there, plus a very nice guitar wah

Classic Bass Cry baby

By genesys133

from Germantown, TN.

Comments about Dunlop Cry Baby 105Q Bass Wah Pedal:

I got this crybaby probally 4 weeks ago and I've been playing " funk " alot because of it. But that's about all you can play with this unless you can find some band who uses a waha wah and is good at it. But don;t go out and buy a $300 pedalboard full of effects that you just won't use. All you would need is mainly a distortion pedal and a cry baby and your mainly set for life. But you'll need a bass first.

Could be better but great for price

By Roy

from MA

Comments about Dunlop Cry Baby 105Q Bass Wah Pedal:

The Dunlop Crybaby 105Q Bass Wah Pedal is a good investment if you want to mess with your bass tone a little bit, but it's nothing fantastic. It's ruggedness is fantastic and I've dropped this countless times and continue to get good performance out of it, but the tone is "shallow" and not heavy and punchy like I would prefer.

Perfect Wah

By Billy Berger

from Trenton, N.J

Comments about Dunlop Cry Baby 105Q Bass Wah Pedal:

I bought this wah pedal the day after Christmas. I was planning on buying the Digi tech wah pedal but after comparing the two i knew the dunlop was the right one for me. There are a lot of Wah pedals out there but Dunlop truely perfected the bass wah. I did only find one problem with this pedal. the output is a bit to high, i dile the output to about 5/8's of the volume. and i put the wah effect all the way up for the perfect wah tone. Overall this pedal is awesome, a bit pricey but i found it totaly worth it.

Got this pedal a couple months ago. It is amazing and worth the money. I have had no problems with it and love using it at shows and just to jam with friends.
