I have been looking for the heaviest smallest picks for years, then I came across these little guys. They are extra heavy and have a very clean sound when strumming. Harmonics are a breeze with these picks. I suggest these picks because they will make guitar way easier for you.
These little guys can scream with Harmonics and give me the chunk i need when playing. Small so its comfortable, but thick so it rocks!
I LOVE these picks. To be clear, since some of these reviews seem to be talking about normal Jazz picks, I'm referring specifically to the Jazz III XL picks. These have the same pointy tip and stiff thickness that the Jazz picks are known for, but they're the size of a normal pick instead of being tiny. This makes a huge difference in comfort and ease of playing (and holding onto). Any other pick feels strange to me now- these feel very natural, it's like I'm not really holding a pick at all, but an extension of my hand. I can't imagine finding anything better, and luckily they last forever so I don't have to. Do yourself a favor and try them if you haven't- I've never looked back, and at least one of my friends I turned onto them is in the same boat. Only reason not to use these I can think of is if you need something with a lot of flex to it. But if you like heavy picks, try these ASAP. They're the best.
