ive played alot of picks,jazz III's,the regular tortex 1.14 the sharp tortex etc. i did not purchase these just becuase of the metallica factor. after playing the same pick for a week and showing no signs of wear except some of the art,and playing with 13-70 gauge strings i decided these picks are freakin awsome! they also seem to weigh alot less than standard 1.14....the jazz III's wear down way too fast for me.even if you hate mettallica these picks are still the best.
These picks are phenominal! I use the .94mm gauge and they are perfect. The extra sharp tip really enables you to attack the strings with "venom" as Hetfield says. I absolutely love them! Not to mention the graphics on them are SUPER cool! I would recommend these picks to anyone!
Ive tried other pointed picks, they were good, but not as good as these. Once again, James "The Man" Hetfield has proved himself to be the best at what he does and is still my hero, Buy these picks, You wont regret it!
