Lifts your bass drum off the floor for better resonance and tone. Enables your beater to strike the center sweet spot and eliminates vibration by isolating the bass drum hoop from your pedal. Allows double pedals to strike both sides of the center batter head.
This product works great with my 18" bass drum. The bass drum doesn't move anymore with louder hits, drum is stable like a house. The pedal hits the perfect spot, so the sound is more full. Since the pedal is no longer attached to the rim, there is no chances of scratches or other damage. to the bass drum. Improved my bass drum technique.
Thanks Artie for creating the 'Bass Drum Lift" This product is a long time coming. After many years of frustration with having to adjust 18" bass drums to accommodate foot pedals to strike the center of the drum head this product makes it effortless. The design allows players to fit the Bass Drum Lift to any size bass drum. (directly behind the rim of the bass drum) allowing the batter side to be lifted off the floor which takes pressure off the rim allowing a truer tone of the drum. Also no stability problems. Thanks again, great product.
I've known Arti Dixson for years. He is one of the top 10 drummers I have ever seen in my life. And believe me, I've seen many. Arti has always been an innovator with his own equipment, and has been working on the Bass Drum Lift for many years. As it is when he performs, Arti waited for perfection before he brought The Bass Drum Lift to market. I'm here to tell you that it doesnt miss a beat. I'd recommend the Lift to anyone who plays drums from the newest drum student to the seasoned pro. It's never too early or too late to improve you kit and your playing.
