One of the most frustrating things for me is tuning on the fly while playing "live". Even with the onboard electronics for my Martin acoustic electric this was "good enough" for now tuning. A sales team member at the Oakdale store had me check this pedal out as the features matched my needs. The ability to tune with the capo on or to do an alternate tuning on the fly quickly makes this a "must have" for me. The pedal is and feels road ready. Check this pedal out if you are in need of speed and functionality.

Ht-6 Rocks!! Never buy another tuner pedal!!

    By Jonni Lightfoot

Comments about Digitech Hardwire Series HT-6 Polyphonic Pedal Tuner:

Using this pedal is so easy. It has a huge screen that is easy to read and works great in the sunlight. It works awesome for Guitar and Bass. One strum and you can see every single string that is in or out of tune at once!! it is made really really well, i have beat mine up carry around to different gigs. It works every time!

    Love it, Love it

    By matt calder

Comments about Digitech Hardwire Series HT-6 Polyphonic Pedal Tuner:

I'm amazed by this tuner. I tune so much more quickly and accurately now with this pedal. I love the capo feature too since my guitar goes a little out of tune when I capo and it drives me nuts. Just hold down the pedal, strum with your new capo tuning, and it knows where you put your capo and tunes from there. So simply and easy to read and understand too. I am now converted to polyphonic tuners thanks to this pedal. Rock solid construction too. Buy it NOW.

Comments about Digitech Hardwire Series HT-6 Polyphonic Pedal Tuner:

The best of 5 brands I have used. The only downside to this in all truth is it being a bulky pedal. That aside it works the best. It actually stops on a note and doesn't have a nervous twitch. Very responsive and the poly note tuning works fantastic. I own both a "Hardwire" USA and "Digitech" China editions. Both work the same. The other tuners owned costing $100 more did not feel as stable for me. Maybe it's that I use high end cable and they were too precise? Who knows.
        Pro Tip:
Try one of these it will make you happy. And if you get the Velcro for the bottom with yours take the rubber pad off first.

It's a very decent tuner, responds quickly, has enough LEDs for accurate tuning and the screen is easy to see. I'm giving four stars only because the screen had some scratches (there was no protective film whatsoever) when it got delivered.

Comments about Digitech Hardwire Series HT-6 Polyphonic Pedal Tuner:

Bought this from GC as a "Deal of the Day". I didn't really need a tuner, but the price was so cheap I bought two of them. One for me, and one for our guitarist at church. We both love them and wish we would have bought more of them. The somewhat large display grabs the notes super quick, and is very easy to read, even when the tuner is on the floor, and we are both older guys. Works great on my five string bass. Construction is a rock solid metal case and a large on/off switch that appears to be very sturdy. One improvemnet for me would be more instrument tuning options, like fiddle, mandolin, dobro, banjo, etc.

                  5.0

                  I would buy this again.

I use this product at home and church. I love the ease to switch and tune different guitars quickly and accurately. At home I can easily switch between the bass, electric, and acoustic. I do find on the acoustic when compared to several clip on tuners, I have to flaten the low E string down 1 red light but all the other strings are spot on. This is unusual compared to my experience in the past between clip on tuners and polyphonic tuners when tuning acoustic electric guitars. It is also a handy tool when checking intonation and assuring proper tune when you place a call on the guitar. Overall a very easy to use, informative tool.

Comments about Digitech Hardwire Series HT-6 Polyphonic Pedal Tuner:

Really Great tuner. I'm in a band with bassist and another guitar and this tunes twice as fast with the display that allows you to strum all strings at once and immediately see which is out of tune. Avoids checking to see if a string that's in tune is out of tune or not. Saves time.
