Really improved our vocal quality

By Praise Singer

from Colona, IL

Comments about Digital Reference DR-2606 Vocal Wireless Microphone System:

We had used a mix of decent and cheaper microphones for our church praise band and we could tell it in the vocals. It was hard to mix our stronger and weaker voices for consistent sound quality. I purchased 4 of these to replace our cheaper microphones and it made an instant difference in our vocal quality to our congregation. They brought out some of our weaker singers voices which really enriched our singing as a group. Now the whole praise band singing team can sing out to the Lord together and make some joyful music! Definitely a good buy for us! I have also purchased a 5th one to support the pulpit and special events where we need an additional microphone.

Worth Every Dollar!

By FunkmonkeyTX

from Houston, TX

Comments about Digital Reference DR-2606 Vocal Wireless Microphone System:

I researched all the different wireless systems and bought this sys. becuase of previous positive reviews I read. I sing in bars, outdoors and large venues. This baby hasn't let me down yet. The only negative is that the power button/battery meter are on the bottom of the mic. I've had one issue that my battery ran out without me knowing the batts. were weak. Does great in wind! Highly recommend!

DR-2606 Vocal Wireless Microphone System

By Brian

from Maine

Comments about Digital Reference DR-2606 Vocal Wireless Microphone System:

We use the DR-2606 wireless microphones to make announcements as well as presentations in 300 plus seat movie auditoriums. They work great. Can't Beat the price for a UHF wireless mic system.

DR-2606

By Corey D. Sharp

from Cambridge, Maryland

Comments about Digital Reference DR-2606 Vocal Wireless Microphone System:

We are using this mic in out church for some very intense preaching and singing. I am truly amazed at the clarity of this mic. I plan to buy more. If you have someone with strong vocals, this is a very good mic. If you have someone that does not like to have the mic close to their mouth, this is a good mic. It is the strength of a condensor mic with the portability. I love this mic.

Digital Reference made a great product

By DJ Vik B

from San Francisco, CA

Comments about Digital Reference DR-2606 Vocal Wireless Microphone System:

So, I am a vocalist and a mobile DJ and I have tested microphones quite well, the dynamic ones (not condensers). I currently own the electro voice n/d767a also besides this one. I bought this thinking that this will have lot of distortion and the operating range may not be 150' long. A lot of people told me to get Shure and that everything cheaper than a wireless SM58 is a waste of money. All of that turned out to be wrong. This mic performs like a shining star. I have been using it at operating range 150' and it works perfectly, no distortion, crystal clear sounds... I love it. I highly recommend this product over other wireless dynamic microphones. The mic is big, quite sturdy, has good strong metal and you can use it as a hammer it won't break. Very sturdy, very strong.
