Headbang for your buck!

The second you open the box you will notice the durability that comes with most Digitech stomboxes. You could bring this pedal to the mosh pit and back and it would still be in one piece. Once you plug this in you will be overwhelmed with how many different distorted tones you can come up with. Using the X-series morph knob you can choose from crunchy low tones, screaming high tones, and everything in between. Can't get that perfect tone? The instruction manual included with the box give's you many presets such as the DOD and the BOSS metal stombox tones. The Metal Master may be more pricey than your average distortion pedal but you will definetly get your moneys worth. I have owned this pedal for a good four to five years and it's still in good condition, great tone, and no problems what so ever. Even if your not a headbanger the Metal Master can give you the rocking tone you've always wanted!

Better than Boss Metal Zone

I used to play a boss metal zone until I joined a band my friends started up. When I would go to play my amp always had a hiss to it and the distortion wasnt really good at high volumes. It might've been my amp, but this pedal definitely fixed the problem either way. With no hissing and balls-to-the-wall distortion, this is a must buy for the metal lover.

It's alright...

I really like the sound from it. I used to borrow it my old guitarist, and another guitarist i knew had it too. I think there's a problem with these pedals, they're not BUILT FOR WAR! Both Metal Masters i've seen in action can have problems even turning on if you stomp it just a bit too hard. But, if this doesn't happen to you, then this pedal is great. It does have all tones for all kinds of music, and it's sweet for death metal. It certainly lets you get all those pitch harmonics to sound beautiful. Again, doesn't seem to be durable, but it has a perfect sound.

killer pedal!

i've had this pedal for about a year now and it's boosted my distortion like crazy. the morph is amazing and through a powerful amp it works wonders. one thing though, get an adapter for this pedal. the battery doesn't work for long. i tried it on two different pedals and the battery stopped working after about an hour of play. so buy an adapter. this pedal supplies many different sounds. all great. buy this

All around awesome pedal

I just bought this pedal the other day and I can say that this is, by far, the best heavy metal pedal I have used. the features that it has are great and easy to use. another thing i like about this pedal is that it doesnt drain batteries like the Boss pedals. if you are looking for a great sounding distortion pedal then look no further and buy this.
