The outer reaches of distortion-dom.

The DigiTech Death Metal Distortion Pedal gives you the most extreme distortion you will ever hear. Simply put, the gain is turned up to eleven and then the knob is ripped off. Level, Low, Mid, and High tone controls provide flexible tone shaping so even though the distortion is over the top, your guitar is guaranteed to slice through. Low, Mid, and High tone controls give you the flexibility to boost or cut the bass, middle, and treble frequencies and the Level knob boosts the output level of your signal. An Amp output goes to your amplifier and the dedicated Mixer output has a cabinet emulation circuit that lets you run direct into a mixer or recorder when you don't want to lug your amp along.

DigiTech DDM Death Metal Distortion Guitar Effects Pedal Features:

  • High, Mid, Low, and Level controls
  • Amp and recording/mixer outputs

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is hard to put into words. This pedal has one of the best distortion effects i have ever heard. There is little to none feedback which is good, and you could play anything on it, this pedal is not just for metalheads. BUY IT!!

Metal for the Masses

I tried this pedal today. All I have to say is, wow. This thing is a beast! It has the best crunch I have ever heard, and I have been around the guitar world once or twice. Its perfect for people who like to play fast riffs, (like me). Great for metal, even some blues! Its good for the price, and I have some expensive pedals, its is so good, and looks cool. I pluged this bitch into a Jackson RR3, and it ripps out hearts. And it was in standered tune! The only annoying part was the buzzing, but thats what all amps sound like when enough distortion is added. To all the people who gave it bad reviews, do yourself a favor. Plug this thing into two Marshall stacks, and ride the lightning. You probalbly were not using a very good amp or something. But I asure you, this pedal is worth every cent you pay. Another must have from Metal Madness.

Good Pedal

This a very great pedal for death metal. I bought it about a week ago or less. I hadn't tried it out but when i did at home it sounds great. The only thing i dont like is the massive amount of feed back and it sounds alittle to fuzzy. Other than that its a pretty good pedal
