NEW REVIEW - Reliabilty that counts

I bought this used from my sisters friends boyfriend( lol) and it was my very first pedal, since then i have aquired many more but i still use this one. I orginaly used to only for my bass, but then one day i used it with my guitar and WOW it sounded awesome. The delay on it is probobly my favorite thing. U can get it really dialed in unlike single delay pedals where its more of a guess and check. U can dial it in by the millasecond by 10 ms at a time. This can be very important on certain songs to get his accurate. Another i really thought was great about it(besides just about everything) is the the expression pedals variability. Just a expression pedal by itself can be expensive and getting that plus the countlesss combinations of effect with the BP200 is a great deal.

Nice!

This is a good value for the price. I have played bass for about 15 years. I usually don't use pedals, but I like the space effect and the strings effect also. It keeps my interest when I am playing by myself. Very nice. Many effects on one pedal.

Sweeeeeeeeeeet

I just purchased this earlier this evening, and boy am I impressed. Solid package, with the tones, and effects I need, simple to dial in and store, and I LOVE the amp and cabinet modeling. It's already given the song my band has new dimensions, just by changing the amp and cabinet models. Playing an Ampeg or Mesa amp head through a Fender Bassman or Ampeg 8x10 cab model rocks! Plus the additon of a fretless modeler does wonders or ballads!Highly recommended!

Rugged and versatile bass effects

The BP200 is a versatile pedal-controlled amp and cabinet modeling processor for the bass guitar. Encased in a rugged aluminum body, this processor can handle the rigors of the road and the daily stomping of a heavy foot, while remaining one of the lightest pieces of gear for a traveling bassist. I have owned my BP200 for a year, and have punished it with daily practices and two-times-a-week gigs. It has proved the quality of its construction! Beyond its ruggedness, the BP200 offers a lot of flexibility in terms of modeling and effects, as well as a customizable expression pedal. There are a total of 80 preset memory slots and 40 factory presets included. I am particularly fond of "Vintage" and "Traced." Setting your own presets are easy, with familiar controls and the customer-contributed settings found at the Digitech Sound Community online. I recommend this product for beginners (especially due to the drum machine and jam-along) as well as more advanced bassists. You'll like it.

Great mulit-effects pedal.

This is my first multieffects pedal (though I have tried many others), and I must say it is pretty good. The presets are good, but I tweaked a few a bit to get it how I want it. I particularly like the fretless simulator. Digitech makes good stuff, and if you were going to get a multieffects pedal, I'd recommend this one.
