DiMarzio Instrument Cables are top rated by Guitar Player Magazine. They easily passed Guitar Player's "Zildjian cymbal guillotine test" and "jump rope test" of 9/97, demonstrating how well-built and reliable they are in real world conditions. In order to carry the DiMarzio name, they have to sound great too. Guitar Player describes them as "quiet and transparent with a clear balance from lows to highs." They sonically outperform cables costing many times their price. They are noise-free when they are moved and are 100% shielded with a combination braided shield and carbon jacket. They are low capacitance, measured by Guitar Player at only 620pf for the 18-foot model. They come with Switchcraft connectors to ensure reliability and have a lifetime warranty.

Great looking quality cable. Very well made, durable. Feels lighter than other cables I've owned. Have only had this a few weeks, but feels like I'll get a lot of use out of this one.
I've always been a fan of Dimarzio products and once again they have outdone themselves. This cable provides some of the cleanest sound while still keeping money in your pocket. I can be a bit clumsy so having a durable instrument cable that can take getting stepped on and dropped multiple times while remaining perfectly intact cosmetic wise and performance wise is a huge plus. and let me tell you, this thing is a tank I play a mix of everything but mostly metal and the second I plugged this cable in my so-so distortion sound from my amp became a thundering chariot of cosmic power. So before you invest money in some new pick-ups or even a new amp to improve your sound, give this bad boy a try. You will not be dissapointed.
I bought these cable to use while playing in the worship band at my church. I started noticing that my guitar had quite a bit of hum and initially suspected my amp. I took it home and did some investigating only to find out my amp was extremely quiet. I then came to the conclusion it might be the cheap guitar cables I was using. On my first use I noticed the hum was still there, although I do believe it is significantly quieter. I am running a distortion and volume pedal between the guitar and amp. The distortion pedal accounts for a lot of the hum I'm sure. It does seem to get tangled in things fairly easy, but I've only started using them. I'm happy!!
They look and sound great and are as durable as any cable I have ever owned. I have multiple colors of them and I especially like that they do not tangle up as easily as a lot of other cables. You can easily spend more for a cable that is not as nice as these.
Features: I am completely satisfied with this cable, the braided military green looks amazing it almost looks like it switches into a dark grey at times. Quality: Although the cable is somewhat stiff I'm sure it can take a beating when playing a show. I have some cheap cables at the moment, I was supposed to get two DiMarzio cables, but one was backordered due to not being in stock. I saw a slight difference between the cheap cable and the Dimarzio cable from my guitar into the amp head, maybe its just my ears. I did see some of the excess noise go away, so once I get my second 36" DiMarzio jumper cable to connect from my amp to my speaker cab I'm sure it will reduce more of that excess noise. I recommend this product if you are undecided between which kind of mid-grade cables you should get. Give them a try
this is great cable for the price, it doesn't seem to cut any signal, I got the vintage tweed 10 footer and I plug it from my guitar to the stompboxes and effects. The sound and appearance of this cable make buying it worth it.
The cable is very strong, sturdy, and makes a great connection to the instrument. Went with the 18 inch black and silver cable, it coils up very nicely which makes clean up a breeze, however it does tangle up if you don't straighten the cable out before said gig. I'm using it with my Fender American P-Bass and it's transfers the tone really well in my opinion.
Best cable I've ever owned. The sound and build quality is absolutely fantastic. I enjoy the array of colors (black and silver looks especially great), and the fact that these cables don't bind. I've sometimes lucked out with the "grab bag" sort of cables GC will put out during large sales, but these DiMarzio cables are a sure bet.
The sound is very nice, it doesnt seem to throttle anything back. I really like the durability the cable seems nearly indestructable. My only grope and it is a small one is that it seems to get tangled into small loops and I end up with a 10 foot cable instead of an 18 footer.
These cords are amazing! They let all the nuances of my guitar come through. Crisp bright highs, full mids, and thumping lows. The nylon outer jacket helps the cord lay flat on stage and absorbs the punishment of your band-mates and stage hands stepping on them. They are very quiet as well and resist hum ulike a lot of cables. A truely premium cable at a more than fair price. Don't bother with other high priced cables that color your tone! Get all the precious tone from your guitar straight to the amp with these!
