I recenlty purchased the X1600 by denon and was concerned because I didn't really see any reviews out there and it was new to the market. Well Let me tell you, you won't make any mistakes adding this mixer to your arsenal. This is a mixer with midi interface and built in soundcard to directly interface to your computer.
It is loaded with features and onboard effects. I was previously using the hercules steel as my midi controller for music video mixing, but not anymore. This puppy will take care of that. You have tons of inputs and 4 channels out. You can event connect the edirol v4/v8. It's also a great traditional mixer. I have 2 Denon DN-s3700's connected to this mixer(best setup I could ever dream of).
