Both the Flex Fader 45mm VCA crossfader and 4 smooth 60mm VCA channel faders have contour adjust so you can adjust the tension freely. You can get smoother transitions between fades and thanks to independent channel PFL meters that let you pre-adjust in advance all input levels to match the gain levels. It is a relly nice mixer is very complete but it's really easy to use it so if you have the oportunity to buy this staff do it is great.
