Comments about Dean Custom 750X 7-String Electric Guitar:

You can't go wrong with this guitar if you're looking to break into the 7-string realm for under 300. Pros: It has a smooth comfortable neck. The paint job is fabulous. The cutaways are well shaped, as well as entire guitar body. The bridge is fully functional. The headstock seems pretty solid, and the pickups are quite decent (they actually surprised me with how smooth they sound when soloing!) Cons: When riffing at the lowest string, things can suffer from a lack of definite clarity. The fret ends could use some work, and the tuners... well, they are 100% functional, but i'll be buying better ones. I admit to being spoiled by more expensive guitars. I would recommend this to you in a heartbeat, i love this guitar. Take care, and seriously consider this guitar.
