The Playmate JT is an incredible acoustic guitar for a beginner, child, or traveler. This 3/4 size guitar features traditional construction with a set mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard and chrome hardware. 18 frets. Includes gig bag.
We purchased this guitar based on its color. My 6 year old loves pink. Her older brother has a few guitars and she wanted a pink one. For the Price, what the heck we bought it. This little guitar sound very nice and despite other reviews, The Tuners are great quality compared to others in this price range and one of the features that most impressed me. The Gretsch style "Zero" fret is a good cheap resolution to producing a quality sound out of this smaller ax. This may not be a good choice for playing on stage but for learning and coupled with the price, couldn't be better. This Guitar seems to be lying around in the living room and gets picked up and played almost more than our other guitars. My daughter is learning open chords, power chords and fingering with this guitar. She learned "Wild thing" the other day and that is her first song. I wouldn't hesitate to buy anther one and would recommend it to anyone looking for a beginner guitar for a child.

I have used this guitar as my beginner guitar. It is perfect for young ones to learn with. If parents are thinking to get a beginner guitar for their child this is the one. I bought the black kind since i love black and when i got it it was the best thing i ever heard. It is easy to play and create music with it.

We ordered this for a six year old that has been practicing on a full size Electric guitar, and she absolutely loves it! It is a perfect starter guitar. It is very easy for her to handle, rather than struggling with a full size guitar. I am very happy with this product. The price is very reasonable, considering the Mini-Aoustic will soon need to be upgraded in a few years.

My Grandparents bought me this as my first guitar and I love it!! Pink is definitely me and I can't wait to start my lessons with it. The only bad thing is that when I put the guitar in the grid bag it always goes out of tune. My brother gave me one of his guitar stands and I put it there now.
