when purchase arrived I was shocked to see the excellent quality. my daughter is 7 and this will be her first guitar. I wanted to expose her to it without spending an arm and a leg for something she may or may not like long term. I actually had already returned two guitars to toys r us because of their poor quality (they both broke before I got them out the box). They claim to be real acoustic guitars, but this one absolutely put it to shame. She will be thrilled to get this christmas and I'm happy cause I got great quality at a very affordable price.
I am satisfied with the way that the guitar plays and the way it can be handled by a child. Unfortunately, I wanted the Natural Gloss finish and it was sent to me without gloss finish twice! The Guitar Center staff was very helpful and cooperative with me as I went through the exchange process. I wound up with the PinkBurst which luckily arrived to me with a gloss finish and made my young guitar player very happy. Thanks!! BTW, It's a great sales price!!
I bought this for my son not realizing that it is a smaller size. We ended up giving it to my step daughter instead and it was perfect for her. It is the perfect size and it is well made and has a beautiful sound.
