Oh yeah! The Dean Markley SR2000 is one hot bass string! Taper-wrapping at the bridge allows the SR2000 string to vibrate more easily and longer. Their tone is unbelievable! They growl, they pop, they sing. These Dean Markley bass strings practically play themselves.

More Bang For The Buck

I've owned a Conklin 7-string bass for about three years now. And with the Dean Markley 7-string bass set I've never had a bad experience. They happen to be the richest string (Tone/Balance/Overall Performance) that I have ever come across. And in my line of work you can't be second guessing your strings or for that matter bargin shopping for your "sound". These strings are the best...period.
