  • Monstrously Large

    My first reaction to this case was, "My god, this thing is giant!" Getting past the monstrous size, the case is very nice. It fits the contours of the ML shape perfectly fitting very, very snugly. Unlike the picture shown online it is actually black and it has all around padding instead of just at the V in the body. The only problem with this case is that the locks on it can pop back into the locked position so you have to unlock them again but it is not a big deal.

    The case is a bit pricy but is the only one that will fit your Dean ML correctly. I have a 79 ml and it fits great, has a big inside storage pocket, a Velcro strap across the neck to hold it down, has a dean logo on the front, and comes with two keys to lock it up. The reason I gave it four stars is because when I got it I couldn't open it because there was a little glue that got stuck on the inside, so I had to pry it open. it also smells bad, i had to let it air out, but it does get the job done.

  • Perfect Protection

    This case is very protective. It holds the guitar very secure. Unlike the picture, the entire body is protected, not just the 'V' portion. This case is quite heavy, but it is very durable. Sure, the skin gets scratches in it and gashes, but that will happen with almost any case. The wood construction is very well, it has held up nice. I wish it had metal corner covers, but it does okay without. The inside storage is very capacious, you could fit an elephant in there. This case is huge, but that is because it is for the ML. I've had it for months, and it has held up. It's nice to have locks as well. The handle is plastic and is uncomfortable, but you can deal with it. I did not get a velcro strap to secure the neck, but there are velcro spots for one. This case is well worth the money, it is very sturdy and strong.
