A wild breed of bass guitar!

The Razorback V Electric Bass with active electronics looks as good as it sounds because it's a Dean. Dangerous-looking edges are highlighted by sleek bevels on the body and mirrored on the famous Dean headstock. V inlays with Dime's razorblade at the twelfth fret plus all black chrome hardware make this electric bass wickedly stunning.

The Dean Razorback V Bass features a mahogany neck and body, a rosewood fretboard and active pickups for powerful, perfect bass tone. The V-shape neck has a strong, set join. 24 fast frets facilitate wicked, steam-engine basslines and lightning quick changes. Three-way switching, volume and tone control keep things simple, yet tonally flexible.

Dimebag Darrell Abbott's return to Dean Guitars was one of the many things cut far too short by his death near the end of 2004, but his many drawings and ideas have kept the guitar makers at Dean inspired. The Razorback V was one of Darrell's final designs, and we're sure it will inspire you, too!

this is what i?ve been looking for, i?ve just came from my local store, and i just tried this beauty 1 hour ago.. it will be my christmass self gift, i?ve tried it on an SVT classic and it is just the bass you?re looking if you look for that rock n roll sound, with the knobs, you can get from vintage tone, to agressive punch and highs! i?ll just say that this is designed for rock n roll players, that want to look and sound GREAT on stage, give it a try if you see one of these on GC... you won?t regret it.
