  • Function not Fashion

    It's a case, and it does it's job. It even has a relatively large storage cubby under the neck. It has a lot of clasps (2 on the hinge side even) and a few of them lock. The key is the shape of a guitar, that made me smile. The only negative thing I have to say is that the outside covering was glued on very well, and it's starting to peel already. I've had it for about a month. This doesn't bother me too much because it gets put in the dirt and stuff so I don't need it to look beautiful.

  • Like a glove!!!

    This case fits the EAB basses like a glove. I love how the bass fits in it so perfect and i don't have to worry about moving around any while I'm carrying it. If you get a Dean EAB acoustic bass, then I would definitely recommend this case.

  • The Bass Case

    I got this product used from my bass instructor and it is perfect! it has padding on the interior to keep the bass guitar safe from falls and such while inside the case. It looks good and my Dean Playmate acoustic bass fits in snugly, which I'd hope for anyways considering its a dean case. However the outer material looks like wallpaper glued on and the lid doesn't always shut, however, it always comes together right when the latches are closed. The outside isn't bad except I can see a seem where the outer material was put on. The inside does show pet hair since it is black, so keeping it closed from cats is highly recommended. Overall I would say this is a great case to have and isn't too bad in the weight department (I particularly like that fact, me being a bit of a small-fry when it comes to muscles)
