The 25 pieces in this book/CD pack have been composed as an alternative or addition to the popular 25 Romantic Studies Op. 100 by good old Friedrich Burgmüller. They are written in twentieth century idioms: rock, swing, Latin, and funk styles are all there, but romance is also present. All the pieces in Beatmüller are meant to be played solo, but the enclosed CD is a perfect tool to help develop the right drive and beat.
