From trippy to rockabilly- this pedal rocks!
I got this pedal a short while ago. The Fab Echo is excellent. I play it through a Roland Jazz Chorus 120 with a vintage Chandler Tube Driver. The sound is amazing. Though there are only two adjustment knobs on the pedal it is very versatile and it can go from very subtle echo to a sound that could only be described as space age. The one flaw with the product and also the Fab pedal series in general is the weird way that you need to turn the knobs. This is due to the fact that they are on the side of the pedal instead of the top (see the picture). It isn?t a big deal but just something worth noting. The hard plastic casing is holding up well and the bright blue light that indicates when it is on is very easy to see. For $15 you cannot go wrong. Add this excellent pedal to your arsenal.

More Vintage Tone From Dano!
Awesome. This pedal is amazing, especially for the price. Lets get this straight, it's not a reverb pedal, it's not for distortion, like so many below me believe (makes me wonder if they know anything...), this pedal is for slap back echo, like in the old rockabilly records. That's it, nothing too fancy, but it does a great job and you can't beat it for the price. I'd pay $100.00 for an echo pedal that sounds this good. Sure, it's plastic, but if you don't abuse it, it will last a long time, I gig with mine every weekend, and have for a long time, and they've never let me down, still look new, just don't stomp the crap out of them and you'll be alright. If you're looking for some Carl Perkins, early Elvis, Buddy Holly, you'll need this. Hell, I even sang through on a few occasions, try it.

Great Pedal
This little pedal is a monster for what it does. I bought it because I heard a musician at a bar playing some mean blues and I knew that was the sound I was looking for.It has a good slap echo sound like the one of Johnny cash's guitarist. It is very versitile in sound. You can get a good rockabilly, 50's twang and a very nice reggae effect.Definitely worth buuying.

Dano Strikes Again!
Danelectro's Fab Echo is just the ticket if you're looking for a really good sounding, inexpensive, easy to use pedal. I was blown away by the sound of this unit! The price is unreal, and although the body is plastic, it's well made, sturdy, and has held up well for me. It has an easy-to-see blue light when the pedal is activated, and the controls are simple. It doesn't have a lot of range of adjustments, but if you're looking to add that Rockabilly twang to your sound, this pedal delivers!

Diamond in the rough.
If you had told me six months ago that you could get a great sounding echo pedal at such a low price, I would have laughed at you. That is until I discovered this litte gem. The Fab echo gives you a sound and versatility you would expect from a pedal that costs much more. The whole FAB line is great. I play this through my Les Paul with a marshal 35w amp and it sounds great. Don't let the price fool you.
