If you are like me not really knowing what pedals to get this is the way to go, for $20 what can you really expect. I think this is a really great pedal and took my playing to the next level, I purchased with a Flange and have them going though a Cry Baby Wah into a Crate GX-15 practice amp that has overdrive distortion and reverb. If your into mashing your pedals with your foot, this is not for you, the plastic may not take the abuse, but for a tester on the cheap this is the way to go without breaking the bank. The downside is from what I understand is while running on battery power you need to disconnect the in lead to preserve the battery or it will be in standby mode and drain the battery.
This pedal is pretty fun to play around with and has some interesting sounds. It isnt very rugged but it is plastic after all. To me it is worth the change but I wouldnt keep it on my pedal board. It is really just a gimic. It is a bit loud. It has a humm but if you have a noise gate it should be cool. With that said it is worth the money. You cant go wrong with the price.
This has all the features that a chorus pedal needs. The Danelectro company got this one right. Mix feature is something most pedals miss. It gives your sound just the right flavor with out masking your clean tone. Lots of room for diffrent sounds out of this thing. works great with all of my distotions, delays and tremolo. Now the down side to this is first of that its plastic which to me is no problem. But how really cares about that for the great price it has. It adds a little more bass when its on depending on your settings. Again no problem there cuz it gives an umph to the sound. The biggy is that there is a light "wow" sound when you leave it on and aren't playing but messing with the mix minumizes that. Overall great by for everyone that isn't playing huge venues.
