  • Amazing price for a great quality fuzz

    I originally tried the first run of Danelectro's lower-end FAB line and bought a few dirt boxes, a flange, and a chorus. I wasn't too impressed with the distortions, but the flange and chorus I thought were pretty great for the price. Then Danelectro decides to add two more members to the FAB family: A delay and fuzz. I'd never seen a delay or fuzz pedal for that low of a price ever before, so I bought them both on a whim, not expecting very much, but was I pleasantly surprised when I tried them out. The fuzz can go from subtle, vintage-hendrix sounding, too modern full on wall-of-sound fuzz. It sounds better than all three cheaper FAB distortions put together. I dig the metallic purple finish too. Very versatile and cheap (in price, not quality) fuzz that beats out competitors twice or even three times its price. Highly recommend.
