Nice Crunch, Bad Quality
This pedal sounds as awesome as some of the other leading brands' metal pedals out there. It's got a great crunch and very severe sounding distortion. It's got a significant volume boost too, so there's no mistaking the thick meaty tone coming out of this thing. However, it is probably the epitome of mediocre craftsmanship. Mine started breaking after about a month, because it started adding this nastly buzz just by being turned on. The footswitch button is really cheap and flimsy. This is definitely not intended to be used as a "stomp" box, if you know what I mean. I tried slamming my switch with my shoes on and the plastic broke. For the price, however, you cant really go wrong, especially if you are experimenting with new sounds. But more something more permanent, go for a boss or digitech.

Very good, want to get the other one's also.
If you are a new guitar player or even an veteran player this is a good pedal. I first found the pedal when I was at the counter placeing my item of the counter and saw in big letter's FAB pedal with a big 14.99 on top of it. I asked one of the workers if I would be able to try it about and he glady said sure. Once playing for a couple of minutes I said to myself "what the heck" why not get it. Once I got home I checked on FAB's site and found a whole bunch of other pedal sound's as well.
This is an over all great item that I would give to anyone. Only thing to caution is try not to really be rough on it. It is made of plastic. But that is the absolute only flaw in the product!

this pedal is pretty cool
i think that this pedal is realy cool if you have a small amp that doesnt have lots of gain on the distortion..this pedal has lots of gain and squeel harmonicks sound awsome..the only thing i dont like about it is that it sounds too trebblely and doesnt have enough bass.. other than that this pedal is realy good for 15 bucks..

BEGINERS PEDAL
This pedal is for beginers who want just to check it out and fiddle around with it. It's worth the money though. If you only have 20 bucks to spend on a pedal than get it, but if you want something good spend a little more money and get some thing else.
THE GOOD:) It's a GREAT value and is good for starters.
THE BAD :( It's WAY too loud and the volume is very hard to controll. It somtimes sounds like a tin can rattling.
In conclusion, this a great pedal for beginers but only worth what it costs.

good starter pedal
i've had this pedal for about a year now and have used it in almost every gig i've played (20 ish?)
nothin too special. I really had it bad to get a high gain pedal at the time, before i had a job but managed to scrape up the $20 (about $5 for shipping) it is a fun pedal but after getting a job and hanging out with better guitarists with better equipment, i'm switching to an Ibanez pedal. Single coils are very "alternative" but if you have some half-decent humbuckers (like in my Ibanez GAX 70) it can get the job done if you have to. Squeals are a little weak, leads crackle, rhythm is average. buy it if you want to learn how to tweak a pedal, then get a better one.
