    Despite the dorky name this pedal is great it makes my fender squire strat sound like a real metal style guitar, this is a great pedal for a low price.

    This pedal is like a beast! I got this because my Behringer, that had a decent sound but was plastic, broke on me by having a broken wire to the battery. I went to look around my local music store and asked if they have BOSS pedals. The cashier didn't have the Metal Core, but he told me to look at this pedal. I tried it out, and it sounded great! It has 5 buttons that you can mess around with for a while to get the tone you need. The gain is powerful even a quarter of it's gain is a decent punch - great for drop D! This pedal looks plastic, but it's made of a metal case. I recommend this for everyone that want that crunchy sound and the tone you need for the right price.
