I actually have the SILVER sparkle of this guitar, not the pink. It has a very very slim body (which I love, it's prob just twice the width of your standard electric), and a fantastic slim neck. I would say that the neck is about as slim as some of the electric guitars I have which makes it really easy to play! The "composite" back on it seems like it is actually fiber-glass (a lot like ovation stage guitars). The tuners are very smooth and I love that this guitar stays in tune really well. It comes set up with some great strings, the action is a bit high for me (because I'm use to electrics and set them super low), but it's good for learners (to develop calluses) and those wanting to build some hand strength. The sound is nice, crisp, and bright. BUT definitely doesn't have a super rich tone, but this isn't a super high end guitar either so you get what you pay for. I only wish it came with a pre-amp installed so I could plug it in *sigh*. Overall though, this is a pretty great guitar for the price. You'll definitely get your money's worth with it!
This is my 5th guitar and my 3rd daisy rock. I own a Esteban acoustic-electric, a epiphone hummingbird, daisy rock rocky candy dark star and atomic pink sparkle. I have had my eye on this sweet little number for quite some time now, and went into guitar center, and purchased it today. I have to say, compared to my hummingbird guitar, this one is a lot easier for me to play due to the slimmer next profile. I love every minute of it and it feels so wonderful in my hands. I recommend this guitar to anyone. I just love the sparkly added touch to it (eye candy added) and the inlays of the daisies.
I got the Daisy rock pixie acoustic guitar a few mouths ago for my guitar class at school. I love It! so far nothings wrong. this is my first guitar its great for beggainers. the finger board is really small. so for girls with really small fingers its easyer to reach the notes. the only down fall is. it sticks out alot! I have the hott pink one. I feel like anywhere I take it people are staring me down. but if your good. then why not. everyone in my class loves it. I have the coolest one. great guitar!
