The DW complete Go Anywhere Practice Set includes two 8" drum pads for tom and cymbal, two 10" drum pads for snare and floor tom, one bass drum pad, stand, and all mounting hardware (pedal not included).
Where do I start? Well this set is in my opinion will improve your drumming greatly even if you already own an acoustic set. Here's why. When trying out chops and fills it will greatly improve your coordination because of the smaller than normal hitting surfaces. The pads are 8 and 10 inches so once you transfer to a real (acoustic) set and the toms are bigger, you will be playing dead center. Also, if you are trying out something new on an acoustic kit you have to deal with resonance, which is a good thing. But for practice it is better to hear each note without the extra resonance which allows your playing to be much cleaner. It is pretty easy to set up, take down and is a great investment for any level drummer.

So the cops came to my door because my neighbor complained about the drumming finally, so I went in search of a solution. This practice kit has solved my problems and more. It seems that while it is relatively quiet, it is still just loud enough so the entire band can practice at relatively low volume for hours into the night. So I guess I wound up solving two problems.

Its a very good practice set and very high quality cause its a DW product, but the pads are so thin that after a year ofhigh working they wear out and the plastic breaks. I recommend the set but play to it as a practice set and no as a drum set to avoid damage. Its very portable i love it. My pads broke so im going to buy anotherone soon.

I just bought this practice set and already i cant stop. Practicing on an acoustic set has been very troublesome lately and I have been losing practice because of it. This set not only builds your chops, and lets you practice hitting dead center, but is quiet and still gives you the right amount of volume you need to jam on your own or with an acoustic practice with your band. This is a must for all drummers. The only down about this product is the price, its a bit too much.

My wife bought me this set for my birthday. Let me tell you, I am very pleased with this product. I have the DW7000 double pedals connected to it, and I have a Hansenfutz Fütz Practice Pedal to the left of the left bass drum pedal to emulate a hi-hat foot. I have it nudged up against the corner of my home office, so bass drum creep is an impossibility. Now I can stop practicing on these things, and as a result, I am always gig ready at any given moment!
