The DW 9120M Tripod Tractor-Style Seat Throne features an oversized seat top. Double locking clamp, vise lock seat clamp, and an oversized 1-1/4" base for added stability.
My son is pounding away on his drums as I write this. He said the seat is awesome! He can spend all day practicing now and never get a back ache. His arms quit before his seat does. Thanks for recommending this fantastic addition to his drum set.

My son and I play in a blues/rock band and I recently bought him a new PDP drum set as a gift. He was using an old (borrowed) Pearl throne and he constantly complained about his back hurting after 3-4 hours of practice. He's a big boy (6' tall 220lbs) and we tried adjusting things to get the right angles to minimize strain on his back but that was only marginally effective. So I bought him this throne. I sat on it and I have to say it's very, very comfortable. He absolutely LOVES it and tells me that his fatigue is reduced to nearly zero with this new throne. He highly recommends it!
