Best For The Price

After comparing features and prices on several 2-leg hi-hat stands, I decided to get this one. After using it for the first time, I realized I had made the best choice ever. It is very smooth and very sturdy as well. This is the best affordable 2-leg hi-hat stand with great quality and features.

A very nice pedal

This pedal is very good. I figure I'd get this because you don't need an overpriced hihat stand, all it needs to do hold you cymbal and not break too soon. If you're looking for that, this is the best choice. Of course most drummers know DW is at least one of the top drum manufactures in the world. And if you don't that already you will after you get this pedal. There is only one little small thing in this pedal I would change if i could - It is a little difficult to adjust the top cymbal, it is much easier to do the bottom since the top moves around with the pedal.

Love DW but hat their hi hat stand

I have the DW 5500 and it sucks for gigging. Broke right before a gig and never seems to be stable. I think the Tama is more bang for the buck when it comes to hi hat stands.
