Not as quick as it could be

Don't get me wrong - this is a GREAT set of pedals. The action is super-smooth, and the configurability is top shelf. But the action itself could be a little quicker, for faster patterns. Still, I love these pedals, and they are by far the best I've owned.

DW 5000 Double Bass Drum Pedal

I have had this pedal for a couple months and I am very pleased with it. It is by far the smoothest and quickest pedal I have played. It has double chains to provide extra control, and is fully customizable with the different positions you can put it in. Has great little features like clips to store drum keys in. You will not regret buying this pedal!

i got this pedal probably 6 months ago. it is incredible. extremely smooth, very quiet, and really stable. its really fun to play on and to me its absolutely perfect. i suggest u buy it.

It's a D.W.!

I've had my double kick ad3 now going on 4 years and all i've done is change beaters. I'm just now tightening up screws and lubing chains bearings and springs. this a DIE HARD piece of equiptment. though im upgrading to the 9g my 5g is still gonna be there. these are the top dogs period! everybody will be chasing DW for a long time trying to keep up with this pedal.
