Not A Bad EQ!

I just picked this up at Guitar Center yesterday. right when i got i hooked it up. wow! talk about great sound. My main focus for this was vocals. This made them sound great. dose what it says. I really like the xlr inputs and outputs. some of my processers do not have those and it is a pain to hook them up. but not with this. i run a mic into the dod eq then into a bbe362 (great piece of gear too) then into my powered mixer then into the speakers and moniters. now your probally going to say why not put the eq throgh the effects loop. right? well doing the way i do makes the eq function better. well this is at least the case with my mixer. try hooking it up this way it should not hurt it. Now a few things i dont like that much. the silders feel like they could break kinda easily. but you should not be rough and abuse your gear any ways. so not much to worry about there. one thing i would have liked them to put in the eq is a feedback decition system. something like the berhinger eqs have. Other than those few things this eq rules. a great live sound tool. Buy one.
